The semi-automatic inserting machine is a great leap on the basis of EI inserting machine; Our EI chip inserting machine technology is very mature and has a strong R & D team, specializing in the R & D of non-standard automation equipment. The semi-automatic inserting machine realizes high-speed inserting and one-time inserting. Fast speed and stable performance。
1.手动/自动——用于切换手动和自动模式；
2.启动——手动模式下，按一下启动即完成一次产品整形，自动模式下按下启动，皮带 转动，变为自动整形功能；（注;开机状态下，禁止将手放入整形机内，防止夹手）
3.停止——需要停机或者出现故障需要急停等，按下停止按钮即可；
1.测试； 接通电源，打开开关，让设备通电，通电后电源指示绿色灯常亮，红灯闪烁。(如图)拨到手动模式状态，按下启动按钮，整形机进行整形工作，让设备空转运行（3-5次）观察设备是否正常运行，有无异常； 然后拨到自动状态，按下启动按钮，输送皮带启动，先放入若干产品进行测试，（3-5次）观察设备是否正常运行，有无异常； 如有异常，请联系我公司工作技术人员，非专业人事请勿拆机；否者不予保修
使用说明
1.测试完成无异常后即可安全使用，按下启动按钮，然后按下图方向放入需整形的变压器线包；（如下图）
2.手动状态下，需将插有EI片的线包放入整形处，即接近开关出，然后按下启动按钮即可完成整形，取出时，用木棒推出即可。（为安全起见，不要将手升入到整形机内）
