System mechanism design of non-standard high speed wire welding machine for box steel structure

The system mechanism design of box steel structure high-speed wire welding machine is more and more widely used in electronics and wire. Aiming at the automatic welding problem that needs to be solved urgently in the installation site, a system mechanism of box steel structure high-speed wire welding machine is proposed in this paper.

Based on the functional analysis and demonstration of the overall structure, the finite element analysis of machine structure mechanics is carried out.

The mechanical finite element analysis of the machine structure of all designed tracks is carried out under the two limit service positions of horizontal installation and vertical installation of high-speed wire welding machine system.

The results show that the design of the mechanism is reasonable and the mechanical properties fully meet the application requirements. The high-speed wire welding machine has the advantages of flexible use.

It can be suitable for welding, help to obtain good welding quality and high quality welding efficiency, and adapt to the on-site welders.
